In the Parent Patent, a weaving loom shuttle bobbin support is provided with a slot in which is located one or more bobbin supporting elements, whereby the lateral guidance of the elements is effected by lateral frictional contact between the elements and the side walls of the slot. In this Addn., the bobbin has each of its shanks provided with a number of slots in which are located the supporting elements. Wear of bearing surfaces in the slot in consequence of shock imparted by picking is reduced or prevented.
