The multi-purpose tool for mining equipment, is particularly for emergency use with hydraulic equipment, and for dealing with breakdowns. It made of plate material and has a hammer head and handle. The head has a claw portion (1) for pulling clamps on the straps around the supply lines, and a square hole (2) for locking and unlocking bolts etc. The handle has a pointed end (3) for pulling the securing straps from the supply lines. A hole (4) through the lower part of the head is for hanging up for transport. The head carries a nose portion to form a striking member and may be used on the supply line strap clamps.
