The chipping conveying plant dosing device includes an activating link and a closing part in an opening and is positioned on a housing. The activating link (7) and the closing part (8) are arranged on a ring (9) which is rotatably (in direction D-D) mounted on cylindrical housing (1). The ring (9) and the closing part (8) are positioned inside the housing (1) and the ring (9) which has a rectangular cross section has its top surface in line with top surface (A) of the housing (1). The central axis of the ring (9) and the housing (1) are vertical and the activating link (7) is formed by a part radially projecting from the ring (9). The housing (1) is fitted with a support part (10) for the activating link (7), which has a scale for dosing the quantities of chippings. The ring (9) and the closing part (8) and the activating link (7) are joined together by welding.
