The cabinet contains heat dissipating electric appliances and has at least one fan driving warm air in countercurrent along the inner side of the heat exchanger elements. The heat exchanger (5) contains a rectangular trough (6) fastened by its open side on the cabinet (1) wall or door (2) provided with ventilation holes (3, 4). The trough consists of a main body (7) made by bending a rectangular metal sheet, of flanges (10), and of top and bottom plates (8) fastened to the body (7). The heat exchanger pipes (12) are provided between pairs of holes in the plates (8). Their ends, open at both sides, project into space outside the trough (6) and are tighly sealed by expanding the seats in the holes (11).
