The frequency multiplier circuit comprises an input filter (AN), a coupling capacitor (CK), a shunt resistor (Ra) and capacitor (Cf), a series inductance (LD) and external coupling capacitor (Ca) to one output and diode rectifier to the other. Two different harmonics are derived from a fundamental frequency and delivered as output signals. An inductance is connected to the diode, thus forming a series resonant circuit for one of the required harmonics. Diode electrode connected to frame is connected in series to a parallel resonant circuit tuned to the other harmonic. Harmonics are collected from their respective circuits.
