The omnidirectional or directional antenna array is constructed from directional radiators and radiates circularly polarised waves at a first frequency and vertically and/or horizontally polarised waves at a second frequency at the same time as the circularly polarised waves and from the same dipoles. The feed lines to the vertical and/or horizontal dipoles are connected to the outputs of filter couplers. The transmitter for circular polarisation and that for vertical and/or horizontal polarisation are connected via these couplers to the horizontal and vertical dipoles.
