The device comprises a box-sectioned anchor bar with a slot between the shanks for suspension of screw heads, and special anchors of ribbed reinforcing steel on the connecting cross arm. An anchoring clamp (6) is firmly fixed to the cross arm (4) of the anchor bar (1) for each anchor (5); and on each there is a headpiece (7) which can be detachably locked in place in the clamp. The clamp may be welded to the crossarm. The headpiece may be hammerhead-shaped, with a central conical lug, (19), while the clamp base has a matching hole (29).
