The waveguide supplies in series a phase controlled radiator group using a 3 db waveguide hybrid coupler whose coupling zone is inserted in two adjacent parallel waveguides. The waveguides operate on one side of the coupling zone as feeding and as returning waveguides, and a mechanically movable short-circuit is provided on the other side of the coupling zone, so that reflection phase of the 3 db hybrid coupler is controllable. A fixed short-circuiting plate (8, 9) is provided on the short-circuiting side of the two waveguides (10, 11) with a metal plate (12, 13) rotatable about the respective waveguides (10, 11) longitudinal axis between the coupling zone and the short-circuiting plate (8, 9). The metal plate (12, 13) dimension in axial direction determines the maximum phase swing.
