Sauna cubicle comprises benches (2) for lying and sitting, and a heater (4) in the space (3) beneath the benches. The heater is pref. shielded from the benches by an air guide plate (5) which extends upwardly towards the roof (6) of the cubicle behind the upper bench. The heater pref. includes an evaporator incorporating a stone receptacle (10), and above the heater in the region of this receptacle a spray pipe (11) connected to a supply pipe with an inlet funnel. The spray holes in the spray pipe are pref. staggered, ly ing along a helical line. Space in the cubicle is utilised optimally.
