The loading stage has connected in front of it a storage device for the objects which is controlled by the cabinet taking the parking free. The storage device can be controlled automatically after receipt of the fee or it can be controlled by a person who actuates a special switch. The loading stage can have linked to it two or more cabinets for the parking fee and there can be a facility for reversing and converting the control signals transmitted simultaneously by the cabinets into control signals succeeding one another in time. A parallel-series converter can be used for the conversion.
