A fluorescing, penetration and tear testing procedure consists of the following steps: cleaning, penetration, washing, blowing, drying, developing and evaluating under U.V. radiation. During the blowing process a temporary drying of the material surface follows at normal temp. The washing, blowing and developing processess have a time of one minute each. The blowing and drying processes can be carried out within a minute to a degree of visual (naked-eye) dryness. The developing process can take place within a minute by simple, quick immersion or spraying with the developer.
