摘要
The bushing includes a tubular copper jacket through which pass a coaxial copper tube and a non-coaxial copper tube. A ceramic disk closes the jacket through which the copper tubes are passed, and is mechanically stable and vacuum-tight sealed. An intermediate Fe-Ni-Co steel ring surrounds the copper jacket and is provided with a Cr-Ni steel flange which holds the jacket through a second insulating ceramic ring. Tensioning elements (21, 33) are used during soldering of the jacket (1) copper tubes (3, 5) intermediate ring (11) and metallised ceramic disks (9, 17). One of them (21) holds the jack (1) in the plane (19) passing through the ceramic disk (9). The second tensioning element (33) holds the intermediate ring (11) in the plane of the second ceramic disk (17). The temp. coefficient of expansion of the tensioning elements (21, 33) corresponds to that of ceramic components.
