Road surfacing material dust collector - sprays hot asphalt into combustion products and dust for reuse on road

The arrangement for removing dusts and of toxic combustion residues is used in plants for coating filling materials on making of road surfaces. A plant mixes and coats the filler material with asphalt. The dust and other toxic materials are reliably combined and used for another purpose and the environment is protected. Wetting with water is used and the material is subsequently deposited in the open. Hot liquid asphalt is atomised in the stream of the combustion residues. The asphalt with entrained impurities is collected after it passes through the cleaning zone and it is directed subsequently into a mixer which supplies the crushed stone covering material.
