The automatic vending machine has a coin testing device checking the validity of inserted coins. When the required sum total has been iserted, the store authorises the delivery of goods. The coin store has a pocket for each denomination of a coin with lateral electrically conducting guiding elements (3) for each individual coin. The electrically conducting elements are allocated in pairs for each coin which makes an electric contact between them. This completes a circuit for delivery of the required goods.
