Staged multi-span reinforced concrete bridge erection - using supports carried through roadway edge cut=outs and fixed to pier

The system for staged erection of multi-span reinforced concrete bridges has two girders (5, 5') of the displacement gear mounted above the outline of two adjacent superstructure components or main girders, with firm cross connections (6) in two parts above the pier. They are spaced to allow the two centre superstructure pieces (7), to be lowered, and fastened to the cross connections with fork units. The supports (11) in the two rows in the pier transverse axis are led through edge cutouts adjoining the contact surfaces of the two centre prefabricated superstructure components, in the carriageway slab. They are fixed to the pier below these, or set on its base.
