The vibration-damping linkage, for a cable-laying plough, is located between the plough blade (1) and the trailing housing (2) that guides the cable into the trench and consists of two identical units; one at the top and one at the bottom. Each unit comprises two horizontal damping elements (4) and four vertical damping elements (3). Each element consists of a steel tube enclosing a steel bolt and filled with rubber. The vertical steel tubes are connected to retaining lugs (6). The vertical bolts are fixed (welded) to the steel tubes. The horizontal bolts are fixed to the lugs.
