Mortar nozzle for covering wall sections - has additional water supply for mortar emerging on covering gaps

System is used in the automatic production plant for wall sections, made with artificial stones or artificial stone blanks pref. with mortar holding openings on their edges. These stones are placed in layers to form vertical wall. The mortar is applied to the joints as well as to the end gaps or into the mortar holding openings in the joints by the common mortar nozzle. The same mortar nozzle is used for coating as well as for filling the joint gaps or mortar openings. Water is added to the mortar is added during the filling of each joint gap or of the openings in each joint gap for filling purposes, before mortar emerges from the nozzle. A water supply tube is inserted upstream of the mortar nozzle opening for water supply. Pref. the water supply pipe has a pilot valve.
