A plug coupling for a movable electrical cable. It consists of an insulated housing with a coupling plate at the front and back with two plug-in holes for the plug pins. There are two contact sockets with shoulders in opposite direction. The coupling plate is hinged to the shoulders. The housing (1) is moulded in one piece in the shape of a bell. The coupling plate (3) is latched inside the housing by a flexible clamping limb (5). The clamp links up with the external locking elements (7) which will mesh with the counterpart on the socket. The electrical conductor (2) is rigidly clamped inside the housing.
