The tea kettle structure has an outer body portion having an inner body portion comprising an annular side wall and a bottom in spaced relation to the side wall and bottom of the outer body portion forming a chamber and a member directing the passage of water from the spout of the outer body portion into the chamber for relatively quicker heating than otherwise of the water. The inner body portion has a chamber to receive the overflow of water from the first mentioned chamber for use of the full capacity of the tea kettle as may be desired.
