Composite surface structured cellular concrete building slab - has external hooks and reinforcement of woven mesh, and water repellent coating

The composite building slab, of cellular concrete, is esp. applicable as an external wall slab in residential or industrial buildings using large-area prefabricated building components. It comprises cellular concrete elements coated with surface structure layering, and fitted with conveyor and assembly hooks. The reinforcement and hooks (5) are sited outside the concrete elements (1), in the surface structuring layers (3). The reinforcement is in the form of a strengthening woven mesh (4), and the concrete element surfaces are coated with a water-deflecting layer (2). The strengthening mesh can be of structure steel and/or plastic, or oriented and/or fine-cut subdivided fibre material, applied to the mortar making up the structure surfacing.
