The bus chassis consists of two parallel multi sectioned longitudinal bearers joined by cross members and incorporating a luggage space frame between the front and rear axles. THe main chasses is extended by a sub chassis to the front and rear for enging and passenger entrance requirements. The front and rear sub frames are joined to the main chassis by connecting bearers which bridge the wheel axles. The respective bearers are fork shaped and formed of pressed steel with a channel profile. The distance between the fork ends corresponds to the luggage space height. The luggage space frame consists of two base running parallel and at a distance to the main chassis bearers to join onto the lower arms of the connecting forks.
