A neck frame has a U-shaped strap anchored to the ground with frame rods hinged to the ends of the strap shanks. The top free ends of the rods are coupled to an opening and closing mechanism by means of which the frame rods can be spread from each other into an open position and set on each other into a closing position. The joint (14) between the strap shanks (10) and the frame rods (12) is a joint acted by a return spring. This return spring is a coil spring with adjacent coils, stretched between the end of the strap shank and the end of the frame rod (12). The coil spring is screwed into the end of the strap shank and into the end of the frame rods (12).
