The power pack is esp. a DC voltage converter such as blocking converter flow converter or sum converter. It has a transformer whose primary winding is in series with a switch, e.g. a relay contact, a flip-flop, a switching transistor, etc. A capacitor is connected to the junction point between the switch and the primary winding. It is in series with a diode or rectifier, and this series circuit is in parallel with the primary winding. A series circuit consisting of a second diode (10) and an inductor (11) is connected to the junction point between the capacitor (7) and first diode (8). This series circuit is in parallel with the circuit consisting of the capacitor (7) and switch (1).
