Jet engine using water decomposition for propulsion - allowing aircraft to travel in thin air e.g. upper atmosphere

Jet engine comprises a zone in the middle of which are two opposed openings in which are housed nozzles for spraying a given quantity of water into the interior of the cone where the temp. is highest, causing decompsn. of the water into 0+2H and a chain reaction which produces a thrust on the whole cone. The heat may be provided initially by O2 and acetylene by means of two openings which are located at the small end of the cone and which are closed at the moment of water decompsn. The cone itself consists of an inner lining of high alumina concrete moulded in one piece and capable of withstanding more than 2,000 degrees or a casing of pure metal having the same properties, then a layer of asbestos, then a steel shell or frame joining together the whole assembly. The exterior of the cone comprises a flared cylindrical vane surrounding the cone and made of Cr, Ti, etc.
