Building cladding panel fastening system - holds panels onto main fabric of building by right angled metal plates fitting into pockets in panel

The cladding panels (1) are mounted onto the main fabric (9) of a building by means of fixtures (5) formed by bending rectangular metal plates of between five and twenty millimetres thick and one hundred and two hundred millimetres wide. A piece bent at right angles (6) in relation to the other end or handle (7) of the fixture, is formed. The other end has holes (10) in, through which fit attachments (11) onto the main fabric (9). The panel (1) sections contain pockets (4) parallel to the main surfaces of the panels, into which fit the bent back pieces (6) of the fixtures. A flexible ageing resistant insertion (8) is placed between the pockets (4) and the bent back pieces (6).
