The accessory for machines which ram and smooth concrete enables the blade for one model of machine to be fitted to a machine of another model, provided that the machine is of the type comprising a framework which supports a motor powering radial arms about a vertical axis. Each radial arm (1) is secured by screws (10) onto a rectangular plate (3) provided with tapped holes along one long edge. Along the opposite edge of the plate are smooth holes (8) through which the plate is secured by screws to a rule (12), which is provided with tapped holes (13) and forms part of the top surface of the blade (2).
