The windscreen wiper blade is for use in a parallel displacement system. It is held in a clamping profile and has a draining channel enclosed by separate flexible lips. The leading lip opens, and the water can enter the channel between the lips. The water is carried along in the draining channel because the rear lip does not have openings. The dirty water is drained away along the wiper blade channel. The lp s are profiled so that the lip in front forms always entry for water and the rear one is positively sealed against the windscreen.
