A unidirectional information transmission system connects a number of subscribers (U). The information transmitted around the circulation route (LT) comprises sequences of consecutive words transmitted at a pre-set rate. The messages each comprise an address identification code to enable determination of intended message distribution in one of a number of coupler units (C), each associated to a respective one of the subscribers (U). Sub-circuits of the coupler units (C) and subscriber units (U) are described with respect to the figures. These circuit control address code identifications, message storage in memory banks, and message start and finish code analysis.
