The right angled corner connector for panels (1, 1') has a fastener for holding and pressing the panels in position simultaneously. The connector section has flanges (3, 3') and webs (4, 4') forming seatings for the panels (1, 1') and separated by a common web section (5). A clamping plate (8) carries upon both panels to fix them under the action of a screw (6) passing through the plate and through the common web.
