The invention relates to novel esters or amides of trifluoromethylsulfonylphenyl esters of thiono (thiol) phosphoric acid. /P P These compounds are obtained by a process which consists in reacting halides of esters or amides of esters of thiono (thiol) phosphoric (phosphonic) acid with trifluoromethylsulfonylphenols optionally in the form of alkali metal or alkaline earth metal or ammonium salts or in the possible presence of an acid acceptor and, where appropriate, in the presence of a solvent. /P P The new compounds of the invention are characterized by very good insecticidal and acaricidal properties and are therefore remarkably suitable for the protection of plants.
