1496649 Rotary soil working implements C VAN DER LELY NV 20 June 1975 [28 June 1974] 05919/77 Divided out of 1482878 Heading A1B A soil cultivating implement or a rotary harrow comprises a plurality of soil working members 35, arranged in a row transverse to the intended direction of operative travel, and rotatable about upwardly directed axes, each soil working member 35 incorporating a detachable injector for introducing material e.g. fluid fertiliser into the soil. In a first embodiment, Fig. 3, the injector 41 has a duct 42 passing therethrough which communicates with a duct 43 in a shaft 34 forming the rotatable mounting shaft of the soil working member 35. The duct 43 is connected by a flexible pipe 31 to a tank mounted on the harrow. A fluid-tight joint is effected between the flexible pipe 31 and the bearing of the shaft 34. In a further embodiment, Fig. 4, the tines 55 of the soil working member 48A form injectors which are provided with axially extending ducts 56 which communicate via ducts 51, 50 in the support member 8 and the rotatable shaft 34 with the flexible pipe 31.
