Fig. 1 shows a static embodiment with water supplied from sump tank 3 by pump 4 to header tank 6 and thence via pipes 10 to cylinders 11. The water is aerated through pipe 5 and refrigerated by means of unit 7. Each cylinder has a sealing plug 16 to render it watertight in use Fig. 12 shows a more portable embodiment in which the cylinders 40 are hexagonal and each layer is provided with two pumps and purfiers, making each layer a self-contained recycling unit.
