1515999 Coupling circuits DORNIER SYSTEM GmbH 8 Sept 1976 [4 Oct 1975] 37209/76 Heading H4R In a single bus transmission system each of a number of transmitting stations is coupled to the bus between a pair of oppositely wound transformer windings W1, W2 connected in series with the bus. Signals originating from the transmitting station are therefore coupled onto the bus whereas signals transmitted along the bus from other transmitters see the coupling as a zero impedance and are not attenuated thereby. To reduce the loading on the transmitting station created by the windings W1, W2 a further winding W3 may be provided which is short circuited whilst the station is transmitting. Figure 4 (not shown) illustrates a further method of compensating for the loading whereby an auxiliary voltage generated by the transmitting station is applied across the third winding W3.
