PURPOSE:To reduce the number of the driver of the off-normal relay by giving parallel connection between the series connection unit group of the off-normal relay semiconductor current control unit and the path selection relay coil which designates the channel switch. CONSTITUTION:Eight units, for example, of the units in which off-normal relay ON000-ON777 is connected in series to the thyristor are connected, and then each off-normal relay is made to correspond to the 8 levels selected by the path selection relay each. Thus, the number of the driver can be reduced for the off-normal relay through selection of the off-normal relay.
