PURPOSE:To make a piping temporarily repaired in a short time when either end of outward and inward passage leaks, by using flexible corrugated pipes for double piping and by forming a passage with the aerial insulation layer of the other conduit when a trouble takes place in the inner pipe. CONSTITUTION:An aerial insulation layer 12 downstream a shut-off wall 13 adjacent to a valve 7 of an outward pipe 1 is connected through a bypass pipe 14 with an inner pipe 2 downstream a valve 9 of an inward pipe 2, and the aerial insulation layer 12 upstream the shut-off wall 13 adjacent to a valve 8 of the outward pipe 1 is connected through a bypass pipe 15 with an inner pipe 4 downstream the shut-off wall 13 adjacent to a valve 10 of the inward pipe 2. When a leak place between the valves 9, 10 of the inward pipe 2, hot water temporarily flows through the bypass pipe 15, aerial insulation layer 12 of outward pipe 1 and bypass pipe 14 into the inner pipe 4 of the inward pipe 2.
