PURPOSE:To prevent short-circuits across windings due to any of insulators between turns, by providing a hook portion in a winding core side end part of insulator, intermediately installed between turns of the winding, to process a hook cementing to the winding. CONSTITUTION:Between each turn of a winding 3, is intermediately installed a turn insulator 4 with a hook part 5 provided in winding core 1 side end part of the coil, and in a state of closely contacting said hook portion to winding core side circumference of the winding, the turn insulator is adhesively attached to the winding. In this way, at the time of press forming the coil after intermediate installation of the turn insulator, the turn insulator never comes to be displaced toward the peripheral side of the coil, with an insulation becoming correct enabling a short- circuit prevented between windings, and a finishing process, for correcting a protrusion of the insulator, can be eliminated. Moreover, a reliability can be improved also for insulation between the winding and the core by the hook portion.
