PURPOSE:To prevent loosening of membrane or overlap of bent membrane and to prevent deformation of membrane, by attaching valves to a raw liq. feed line and to a conc. liq. discharge line of the apparatus using semiopermeable membrane described in the title, the valves which are interlocked with a raw liq. feed pump so as to be operated in combination with the operation and stopping of the pump in order to prevent the movement of raw liq. when the pump is stopped.
