PURPOSE:To sharply respond to pressure changes in a reservoir by providing a conducting bore to conduct a cylindrical reservoir, a check valve type poritive pressure release valve, a valve seat plate, a node, a negative pressure release valve, a fluid circuit outside the reservoir. CONSTITUTION:A cap 2 made of the whole rubber encloses a reservoir 1. A boss 6 is protrudently provided on the flank side in the center of the cap 2, a case 8 of a detecting part 7 for an alarm device is air-tightly inserted into the boss 6. A circular valve seat plate 10 is incorporatively formed under an annular lip 9 at the case 8. An annular and lip-shaped posritive pressure release valve 11 is protrudently installed from a circular rim over the boss 6. An annular and lip-shaped negative pressure release valve 12 is incorporatively and protrudently provided with the cap at the peripheral part more than a node 5. Release in the atmosphere is done respectively by an atomospheric chamber 15 through a conducting bore 17, and by an atmospheric chamber 16 through a conducting bore 18, a chamber 19 and a conducting bore 20 by demarcating the inside of the reservoir into an enclosing chamber 14 and atmospheric chambers 15, 16 by the positive pressure and negative pressure release valves 11, 12.
