New cyanobenzyl cyclopropane carboxylates of the formula: HalHal ANGLE ANGLE R1------H ¦¦ R2COOCH-X ¦ CN where Hal represents a halogen atom; R1 and R2 each represent an alkyl group; and X represent an optionally substituted phenyl group are useful as pesticides.
