The invention provides a novel frother composition for use in processes for the beneficiation of mineral ores by froth flotation and which comprises from about 1 to 99 weight percent of a conventional frothing agent and, correspondingly, from about 99 to about 1 weight percent of an amino-aldehyde resin.
