Optical signal processor directly applied to phased array echo locator - feeds amplifiers via transducers and feeds output in same order

The system has real time improvement both for the lateral and radial resolution capacity. It consists of a combination of electronic, electro acoustic, mechanical, optical and electro-optical components. The equipment is operated by controlling echo signals derived from the phased array echo location system. The system amplifiers are fed from the composite transducers in the echo location system. The order of the amplifier output transducers is the same as that of the echo location system. These outputs are fed through a transparent medium.
