The return bag is partic. for medical research samples e.g. sputum, excreta, animal hairs liable to cause allery etc., to be collected by the patient for examination. It comprises three paper layers (1-3) of the same shape placed one above the other. The first (1) of the two outside layers is jointed to the middle one (2) on all sides, while the second one (3) is detachable from the middle one on three sides. The first compartments (9), formed between the middle and first outer layers contains a test instruction form (4) inserted loose before they are joined and appreciably smaller than them, removable by tearing off the first layer. On the face of the second outer layer towards the middle one there is a coating of gum to be moistened (7) near the free edge (1).
