SEEN TO PRODUCE A PLASTIC CONSIDERED WITH AN OUTER CARTON AND A CONSIDERED CARTON

A box consisting of a plastics sheet clad externally with cardboard is shaped under a vacuum. The cardboard sheet is erected in the vacuum mould (44) so as to form the cladding, leaving passages at several points for the escape of air, so that the vacuum in the mould is transmitted to the space round the cardboard (16, 18, 20). The sheet of plastics is then placed above the cardboard in the mould and under the effect of the vacuum is pulled into a box-shape, adhering to the inside of the cardboard.
