TRIFLURALIN-METRIBUZIN EMULSIFIABLE CONCENTRATEAbstract of the DisclosureA stable emulsifiable concentrate formulation con-taining the herbicidal combination of a dinitroaniline andmetribuzin has been discovered. It comprises 10-20% metribuzinand 15-30% trifluralin in a ratio of metribuzin to trifluralinof 1:1 to 1:2, 3-7% emulsifier, 8-20% hydroxylated solvent and23-64% xylene. Heretofore, it was not possible to make asingle formulation containing the combination of metribuzinand trifluralin except as a wettable powder. The formulationimproves the ease and accuracy of handling and applying theherbicidal combination.
