A house which can be used by children for playing has a skeleton assembled from plastic tubes (1). At the joint points (II) of the plastic tubes (1) there is arranged in each case one coupling (2) which has a prism-shaped central part (3), on the side surfaces of which are formed solid pegs (4). The plastic tubes (1) can therefore be pushed, by means of their end portions, over the pegs (4) of the coupling (2). It is possible to secure the plastic tubes (1) in this plug-in position by means of, for example, O-rings which can be provided on the pegs (4) in correspondingly arranged annular grooves. IMAGE
