The valve fitted under the plaster has a handle which projects from the plaster and this handle can be actuated directly. The handle can also be enclosed by a socket. The valve spindle is enclosed by the tube on the transport. The enclosing tube and the handle length are cut to required lengths on fitting. The tube used for covering the valve on transport remains as a decorative and protecting element under the handle head. In another version the tube is replaced by a flange which is held under the head in the valve housing and forms a smooth plate on the plastering under the handle.
