For each radar antenna revolution the digital angle word representing the azimuthal target centre so fed into a first register as a first operand and is then fed into a second register as the second operand through a conjunction and a disjunction if a response occurs at a translator output. If there is no response at this output there is no direct transfer from the first to the second register and arithmetic operations are carried out in a further unit until the contents of the two registers are identical during an antenna revolution. The filter is constructed so that it produces the smallest possible negative effect on the detection and computation of the coordinates.
