Air ejector valve for ceramics moulders - has screw-in carrier with adjusting ring to fit mould floor

Air ejector valve for pneumatic ejection of pressings from ceramics moulders has the valve housing in a mould floor and the air outlet opening adjustable for the housing's carrier and alignable with the surface of teh press mould. The carier for the housing consists of a single tubular valve carrier with an internal thread, a flange shoulder with an air inlet at the outside of the mould floor, and a nut which can be screwed to the inside of the mould floor. An adjusting ring with an external thread is adjustably screwed into the carrier, and the housing is screwed into the carrier, and projecting through it into the mould, via a flange shoulder with external thread from the outside of the mould floor as far as the adjusting ring. The valve is easy to mount and ensures that no changes occur on removal and remounting which would adversely affect the prodn.
