Two-phase AC motor control - is for operation of adjusting mechanisms in automatic regulating systems with three-point regulators

The windings and two series-connected capacitors of the two-phase A.C. motor are connected in a delta circuit. The connecting point of the windings are applied to a network connection and the winding ends are coupled to the capacitors via switching elements to the other network connection. The connecting point of the capacitors (3, 4) is coupled electrically to the connecting point of the switching elements (5, 6). The capacity of each capacitor (3, 4) is equal to the out of phase rated capacity of the motor. The control device consists of windings (1), the motor (2) and two series-connected phase shift capacitors (3, 4).
