Hot water mixing valve - has deflectors and chamfers on feed and return ports for better circulation

The mixing valve for hot water installations has four connections for the feeds from the boiler and to they system and for the returns to the boiler and from the system. The butterfly flap can seal against the four faces which form on the boiler feed and the system return an inclined angle with the centre line of boiler return and system feed. The injector effect accelerates the boiler circuit flow and raises the return temp. into the boiler. The valve is also less sensitive to dirt accumulation. The mixing valve (2) has two connections (5,8) for the feed (9) from and the return (12) to the boiler (1), and two connections (6,7) for the feed (10) to and the return (11) from the hot water heating of system.
